We don’t ship to OFAC sanctions country list: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

  • The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.
  • Batteries are dangerous goods, so carriers will use special shipping methods. You may find that tracking information is unclear or isn't updated right away. This is acceptable. 
  • Because batteries are dangerous goods, some countries can only provide half-way tracking information. When the item reaches the destination country, it will be shipped by the local carrier, and tracking information will be updated.
  • Deliveries might take longer than expected because of the incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.

    ORDER CONFIRMATION

    After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.  

    PROCESSING TIME

    The order processing time might take up to 1-3 business days*. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post office.  After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email. 
    If you place you after 12:00 am on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.
    Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in process the order. 

    SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

    When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

    ORDER CHANGE REQUEST

    We accept 12 hours’ notice to update an order with any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us at info@batteryer.co.uk.
    Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed. We will still do our best to assist you after 12 hours, but there is no guarantee.

    ORDER CANCELLATION

    Buyers can cancel the order and receive payment back if the order is still not processed. We accept 12 hours' notice to cancel an order, so buyers can cancel orders during this period. But if an order was processed, we can not cancel the order and further it can be canceled only as the return of goods, according to our return & refund policy.

    UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

    REFUND POLICY FOR UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY:

    Refund policy is not applied at any case including items damaged, lost etc. Otherwise, insurance should be applied.

    RETURN PARCEL:

    In any case, the parcel may return to us with one of the following reasons.

    • Unclaimed (>90% ** All Parcels will be returned if they are unclaimed within 14 days upon arrival.)
    • Insufficient Address
    • Moved, Left No Address
    • Returned For Better Address
    • No Such Street or Number
    • Not Deliverable As Addressed Unable to forward
    • No Mail Receptacle
    • Vacant
    • Refused
    • Attempted - Not Known
    • Box Closed - No Order

    Disregarding any reasons, the Company will be charged the return delivery cost by our local Post Office for all undelivered or unclaimed parcels. The customer should be responsible for the return delivery charge and re-shipment charge if parcels or goods are returned "UNCLAIM" or due to address related problem.

    BATTERYER TIPS TO PREVENT PARCEL RETURN:

    • Ensure the parcel will be received at your given delivery address. A recipient signature is always required at the reception of the parcel from Batteryer.
    • Please ensure the correctness and check deliberately on your shipping address before checkout.
    • Provide a valid cellphone number in your profile for easy contact by the local Post Office in case of any delivery problems may arise.
    • Check your local Post Office website frequently with our delivery tracking number provided, for your parcel arrival status.
    • Go to your nearest Post Office to check your parcel arrival status with a delivery tracking number if no delivery within the stipulated period.
    • If you are planning to move in the very near future, do not order anything online until you have settled in your new address.

    Notice:

    • Since we can't guarantee there will be always tax free, please kindly understand that our customers are responsible for the local handling and tax fees.
    • We CAN'T ship pacakges to PO Box adresses.
    • Please do leave us your correct phone number, the express companies won't accept packages without phone numbers.
    • Please place your order with a valid email, the order confirmation, order notices, tracking information, and so on will all send to the email you used to place your order.
    • If you are not satisfied with our products, please do not refuse the package. This may result in lost packages. You should contact our customer service department and get a solution.

    Please kindly understand that we're not responsible for the lost packages under the listed situation:

    • Incorrect delivery address.
    • Moved without informing us timely before the order has been shipped.
    • No person at home and no one could be reached on phone when the parcel is under delivery. 
    • Parcel being destroyed by the local express company because of the long-term unavailability of the recipient.
    • Batteryer tried to contact the recipient by email or SMS but never get replies.
    • When your parcel is delivered, we will send an email to remind you to receive it in time. If you are not at home, the delivery courier will leave your parcel in a safe place. We suggest that you should contact your family or friends to receive the goods. We are not responsible if the parcel is lost because you did not take it away in time.
