If you are not satisfied with a product, simply return it within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund. Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We will exchange the defective product within 14 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, we can’t offer you any refund or replacement. If the item does not work to your expectations, you may return it for a refund but there are no refunds on the original shipping or return shipping. All we ask is that you follow the requirements for any returns to batteryer.co.uk:
- Notify us via E-Mail to obtain a return authorization number (RE#). Returns without a RE will be refused and returned to the shipper. Write the RE# clearly on any side of the shipping carton or shipping label.
- All items must be unused and in their original packaging, This Does not affect the second sale. Your return must also include all accessories supplied with the original product. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damages in transit as this could result in the return not being accepted.
- For return refund requirements for the DJI original battery and charger, provided it is still in sealed packaging and has not been activated.
- Include a note with a short explanation of the return.
- Customers are responsible for shipping to our returns department. (Please contact us for a detailed return address）
- You must choose a shipping carrier utilizing a package tracking method for proof of delivery. We are not responsible for lost returns if you do not utilize a delivery tracking system. Batteryer.co.uk will refuse any returns sent to C.O.D.
- We will gladly ship an exchange at our expense for defective merchandise but if a refund is requested, only the product will be refunded. The original shipping cost is not refundable. Merchandise initially returned as defective, whose defect cannot be verified, will incur a minimum 20% restocking charge as well as a shipping & handling charge for replacement shipment.

- Customer service check: Once our after-sales customer service approves your request, we will send you the return authorization number (RE#) to your email address accordingly. Please mark/print/write the RE# number on the outside of the shipping package.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
- Once we receive your return, we work to process your return within 1-3 business days. Once your return has been processed, you will receive your funds as follows:
- If you paid by Google Pay or Apple Pay, the refund will be returned to the original payment account within 7-20 business days.
- If you paid by credit card, the refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries. For some debit and credit card refunds to the original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
- If you paid with a bonus buck or gift certificate for your entire order, a credit will be placed on your account as a credit memo to be used on your next order.
